USA Today published an interesting article today, titled Healthy, organic and cheap school lunches? Order up. It shares the story of a company called Revolution Foods... a company that has successfully figured out how to provide healthy, all natural meals for under $3 each! They are currently serving 235 school districts in California, Colorado, and the District of Columbia. The article is a tad long, but definitely interesting!
